Our goal is to provide top-notch prototypes, molds and products that meet all of your unique needs. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your exact specifications, we offer the option of either reworking the order or issuing a refund. If you encounter any issues with the quality of your goods after deliveried and inspected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, we will reply in a day, submit solutions within 3 days.
Criteria For Requiring Rework
Upon notification of the issue, we conduct a thorough review of the design and samples to identify all inconsistencies. Once we have identified the root cause, we promptly address and correct the issue, and send out replacement items as needed.

Criteria For Requiring Refund
Refunds will be promptly processed upon verification of product defects and receipt of the returned item. Refunds may be issued in the following situations
- Product specifications and features do not conform to the requirements of the customer
The customer declines to have the item reworked
