Precision and Quality: Our Top Priorities

Seibu’s M25LP oil wire EDM is specifically designed for fine wire and carbide applications. Using oil as a dielectric medium, it effectively eliminates cobalt depletion during the EDM process, thereby significantly extending tool life. The M25LP boasts an impressive pitch accuracy of ±1 micron. The machine’s castings are meticulously ground and hand-scraped to ensure complete flatness. The guideways undergo rigorous checks for flatness, laser alignment for straightness, and all machines are subjected to test cuts, which are then verified on a CMM for precision, resulting in highly accurate parts. The new Smart NC (Fanuc Control) features a 21.5” touch panel that allows for smartphone-like operation. This control system is customized to display more information, enabling our operators to easily access necessary cutting data or maintenance tasks from any screen.
